Are you looking to cut down on your meaty meals but afraid of missing out on flavour? This workshop has you covered delivering meals with veg taking centre stage but no compromise on flavour. This workshop is also for those well-seasoned vegetarians who are looking for some flavour inspiration for their mid-week meals.

This workshop is all about cooking quickly; when time is short these recipes can be rustled up in under half an hour with no compromise on flavour. Lots of the dishes are inspired by my travels in Asia where food is cooked fast and flavoursome, your mid-week meals will transport you to India and Malaysia in just a few minutes.

Sample Menu

  • Shakshuka Eggs (North African baked eggs in a delicious rich tomato sauce)
  • Beetroot & Goats Cheese Soda bread
  • Pumpkin & Kale Lasagne
  • Cauliflower Katsu with Fluffy Rice and Crunchy Pickles
  • Winter Roots Rosti with Chive & Cheddar Sour Cream
  • Asian Winter Salad with Mandarin & Soy Ginger Dressing
  • Carrot & Pistachio Cake

The workshops start at 10am and finish around 2pm, including time to enjoy what you have made. The sessions are relaxed but hands on so make sure you wear comfortable shoes, or even slippers! Tea and coffee will be available throughout. If you have any dietary requirements or food phobias please let me know in advance. The menus will vary so if there is anything that you would really like to try from the above, let me know.
