Autumn is here and what better way to spend an evening than foraging and baking. Coats and wellies at the ready we will start outside in the beautiful golden country side, foraging for juicy blackberries and fallen apples.
After collecting our harvest we will head back to my cosy cottage where the fire will be lit and the AGA waiting. We we create a delicious autumn bake whilst sipping on mulled apple, then finish with a seasonal supper and a large slice of your sweet creation. Bring your friends together for a cosy evening experience.
What we will do:
- Apple and Blackberry Forage
- Seasonal Baking
- Apple and Blackberry Bakewell
- Apple and Blackberry Jam
- Mulled Apple Juice
- Seasonal Supper
Autumn Evenings start at 5.45 and finish around 8.45. Please bring your wellies or trainers you don’t mind getting dirty, also a pair of comfy shoes or slippers for back at the house. If the heavens open, dependent on how hardy you are, we will either go out for a shorter forage or stay inside and make an extra dish.
